1. Pyooom is a marketplace

Pyooom lets people list personal items for auction or sale and lets buyers bid, make offers and pay in-app. Pyooom is not a party to the sale between buyer and seller except where it holds and releases payments.

You must be 18 or older and legally able to sell the items you list.

2. Listings

AI-generated titles, descriptions and prices are suggestions. You are responsible for every listing you publish, including items posted with auto-post.

Listings must be for physical items you own and may legally sell. See the Prohibited Items policy. We may remove listings and suspend accounts that break these rules.

3. Bidding, offers and Buy It Now

Bids are binding. The highest bid at the end of an auction wins if any reserve is met. Proxy bidding places bids on your behalf up to your maximum.

Accepting an offer or using Buy It Now ends the auction immediately and creates an order.

4. Payment and escrow

Winners pay through the app within the payment window shown on the order. Payments are held until the buyer and seller confirm the handoff with a QR or 6-digit code, or the pickup window expires.

The buyer protection fee is charged to the buyer and is reversed on full refunds. Fees are listed on the Fees page.

5. Handoff, cancellations and issues

Inspect items before confirming. Confirming the handoff completes the order and releases the seller's payout.

Either party may cancel before the handoff; paid orders are refunded in full. Orders not completed within the pickup window are cancelled and refunded automatically.

Issues can be opened on paid orders and within 72 hours of completion. Pyooom support decides issues based on the order record, chat and evidence provided.

6. Conduct

No off-platform payment, harassment, discrimination, or attempts to evade fees or moderation. Keep conversations in Pyooom chat.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

7. Liability and changes

Pyooom is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for the condition of items or the conduct of users.

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
