How Pyooom works

    Pyooom does the listing work

    Pyooom spots each item, crops a sharp photo of it, writes the title and description, picks the category and condition, and suggests a price. The whole room is also listed as one room auction.

    Buyers nearby bid, make offers, buy it now, or grab a whole room. When someone wins you agree how to pay, meet up, and scan each other's QR code (or type the 6-digit code) to confirm the handoff. Then you rate each other.

Good to know

What does it cost?
Nothing to list, sell or buy. Buyers and sellers agree payment between themselves (cash or an instant transfer at the meetup). Optional Pyooom Coins pay for extras: boosts, sponsored spots and scans beyond your 3 free a month.
How does bidding work?
Proxy bidding: set the most you'd pay and Pyooom bids only as much as needed. Sellers can add a hidden reserve and a Buy It Now price, and buyers can send offers the seller can accept, decline or counter.
What is a room auction?
Every scan is also a room. Open it, tap any item in the picture to bid on that item, or buy everything in one go at the room price.
Where do I meet the buyer?
Wherever you both agree; we suggest public places. The listing shows an approximate area and distance, never your address, until you decide to share it in chat.
What can't I sell?
Weapons, drugs, IDs, documents, people and other prohibited items. Pyooom's detector flags them before they can go live.
