Where and how to meet for a local handoff.
Pick a safe spot
Police station exchange zones, bank lobbies, busy coffee shops, grocery store entrances and libraries are good choices: well lit, staffed and on camera. The order page suggests spots near you.
Before you go
Agree on a time in Pyooom chat. Tell someone where you are going or bring a friend. Check the item fits your vehicle.
At the handoff
Inspect first. Only show your QR or code when you are satisfied; it releases the seller's payout. Never pay or accept payment outside the app.
If something feels off
Leave. Report the user from their profile or the listing. Support reviews every report.
