Pay in-app, funds are held

Your payment is held by Pyooom until you confirm the handoff. The seller cannot access it earlier.

Inspect, then show your code

At pickup, inspect and test the item. When you are satisfied, show your QR code or 6-digit code. The seller scans or enters it and the order completes.

Something wrong?

If the item is not as described or the seller does not show up, do not show your code. Open an issue on the order; support can refund you in full, including the protection fee.

Orders not completed within the pickup window are refunded automatically.

Not covered

Payments made outside Pyooom (cash, gift cards, wires, payment apps) and items handed over before you confirm are not covered.
